What to expect
Every treatment plan is tailored to the individual, but most patients complete their denture journey in around four appointments. Throughout the process, our team focuses on making things feel comfortable, clear, and personalised to you.

Appointment 1
Consult & Impressions
Your first appointment with our prosthetist James. This is a relaxed, pressure-free session where we take the time to understand your needs, concerns, and aesthetic goals. Photos and impressions of your mouth are taken to begin crafting your personalised treatment plan.

Appointment 2
Smile Design
This is where your dentures begin to feel more personal. Together, we’ll select your tooth shape, colour, and smile style to ensure your dentures look natural and suit your facial features. If extractions are required, your consultation with Dr. Christina is coordinated during this stage.

Appointment 3
Try-In & Feedback
You’ll try your trial dentures and give feedback to James about looks and comfort. He’ll also clinically assess the function, suction, and fit. This is your opportunity to fine-tune anything before the final product is created.

Collection day
Your New Smile, All Finished!
This is the day you’ve been waiting for. Your Haylo dentures are ready, fitted and yours. We’ll also provide guidance on aftercare, cleaning, and ongoing adjustments should you need them in the future.
Please note: while many patients complete their journey in four appointments, some treatment plans may require additional visits depending on individual needs such as extractions, healing time, or further adjustments.

A consult with one of our trusted dentists is an important part of planning your treatment, and the great news is – it’s already included in your initial consult deposit.
$250 per tooth
If more than 10 teeth need to be removed, any additional extractions will be charged at a reduced rate of $100 per tooth.
Our in-house dentists work in lockstep with James so your extraction and denture journey is completely seamless. One clinic, one cohesive team. Your consult with one of our doctors is included in your initial $100 deposit.

Starting a denture journey naturally comes with questions – and we believe you should have clear answers before you book a thing. Below are the things our Perth clients ask most often about the Haylo process, from your first consult through to collection day and the support that follows.
The standard Haylo denture process is completed in four appointments over 3–4 weeks, provided no extractions are required. These cover your initial consult and impressions, your colour and shape relations session, a try-in for feedback, and your final fitting day. If extractions are needed, the overall timeline extends to around three months to allow for healing.
Your first appointment is a relaxed, pressure-free session with our dental prosthetist James at our Subiaco clinic in Perth. He’ll take the time to understand your concerns, lifestyle, and aesthetic goals, then take photos and impressions of your mouth to begin crafting your personalised treatment plan. If extractions may be required, a consult with our in-house dentist Dr. Christina is also included in your $100 deposit.
If extractions are needed, our in-house dentist Dr. Christina coordinates the process alongside James, so everything happens under one roof. You won’t be sent between clinics, and a temporary denture can be added to your treatment plan if you’d prefer not to go without teeth during the healing phase, which typically takes a few months.
Yes – your third appointment is a dedicated try-in session where you wear trial dentures and give James direct feedback on the look, feel, and fit. He’ll also clinically assess function, suction, and stability, and any adjustments to shape, colour, or tooth position are made before your final dentures are crafted. Nothing is locked in until you’re happy with the result.
We remain available for post-delivery support, including denture repairs for cracks or breaks, relines to restore a comfortable custom fit, and quick adjustments to relieve any pain or pressure points. Most fixes can be turned around fast, so you’re never left without a functioning smile for long.
